Nexia SSY PLT (hereinafter referred to as “Nexia SSY”) was established in 2011 through the merger of three established firms, Singam & Yong (Established 1975), Sia & Co (Established 1978) and Noordin Jaafar (Established 1983).
The merger of these firms into Nexia SSY offered to the existing clients and to prospective customers the wealth of the human resources in the partners and professional staff together with the processes and quality services.
On 1 January 2024, Sekhar & Tan, an audit firm established in 1993, merged with Nexia SSY. The firm’s founders in 1993 had a combined 60 years’ of experience in the audit, tax, accounting, business management and corporate finance consultancy industries. With this merger, the firm will boost Nexia SSY’s deliverables with their stable of talented staff who offer a diverse range of services and with the admission of both partners of Sekhar & Tan to Nexia SSY.
